How To Register and Schedule

The Registration button below will indicate what forms to complete.

After Registration is complete, use the Appointment tab to book using our online calendar. Appointments are via Zoom video.

For Consultations (allow 20-25 minutes)

For Evaluation + Session (allow 90 +/-minutes)

IMPORTANT

Only schedule appointments once the proper Registration forms have been completed.

If choosing Consultation appointment — Be Certain to Keep — for it is only offered once — and is without a reschedule option. The only next option is the Evaluation + Session.

Quick note before you register: the Evaluation + Session is simply your first coaching session—a space to explore your concerns, clarify goals, and review pre-application and self-assessments. It is not a clinical evaluation, diagnosis, or therapy session. After Evaluation, your coaching session immediately begins in same 90-minute appointment.
